1/4cupdark chocolate chips – at least 60% cacao content
2very ripe avocadospeeled and pitted
1/3cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/2cuplowfat milk
1/4cuphoney
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/4teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Place chocolate chips in a small, microwavable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Puree until smooth and creamy.
Spoon mousse into dessert cups and chill for at least 1 hour.
If desired, top mousse with fresh berries such as raspberries, sliced almonds or chopped walnuts, or chopped/shaved dark chocolate
