Ingredients for Dressing:

champagne vinegar

honey

chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Arrange greens, peas, strawberries, and mozzarella cheese on individual plates or on a serving platter.
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and mint leaves in a small bowl and drizzle over the salad.
