Blackberries with Sweet Almond Cashew Cream

cashews

tablespoons
maple syrup

unsweetened vanilla almond milk

tablespoons
lemon juice
Pinch
of salt
½
teaspoon
vanilla

cups
blackberries of other fresh fruit of your choice
Instructions
Place cashews in a medium bowl, cover with hot water and soak for 30 minutes.
Drain cashews in a colander
Add cashews to a food processor or blender along with the rest of the ingredients, except for the berries.
Blend together until smooth.
Serve berries with cream.
Store any leftover cream covered in the refrigerator up to 3-4 days.
